The speaker for our last meeting was Lizzie Clark (nee Ellis) from Horncastle Ales. A young Brewster full of energy that exudes the love of her found career. She brews at the back of Old Nick's Tavern in Horncastle and although only new to the game she is already winning awards and flew the flag for Lincolnshire at Olympia this year.
