One of the BBC team collapsed while out running and if it hadn't been for someone stopping and being able to help her she would have died.
So BBC Radio Lincolnshire set out with the help of Lives and the St John's Ambulance to train 10,000 people in LIncolnshire to be able to do CPR.
To date they have trained over 15,000 people in Lincolnshire to perform CPR, which is phenominal.
